Established in 2021, Flair Wear is the brain child of Tari Brown, a mother of two collegiate children.  Frustrated with the lack of licensed collegiate apparel targeting the style and sensibilities of tailgating mommas and their daughters everywhere, Flair Wear was inspired during a trip to New Orleans and fashion boutiques in the Crescent City.
